Mr. Tadmor serves as the Chairman of Aviv Venture Capital since 2001.

Since 2003 Mr. Tadmor is the founder and Chairman of Israel Equity Limited, an investment company specializing in basic industries in Israel.
During the years 1985 – 1999 Mr. Tadmor was the CEO of Discount Investment Corporation Ltd. (DIC).

Dr. Amir Guttman founded Aviv Venture Capital in 2001. As a Managing Partner of Aviv he serves on the boards of directors of Bitband, MCS - Medical Compression Systems and FriCSo – Friction Control Solutions.

Yoav Z. Chelouche
Managing Partner

Mr. Yoav Chelouche brings to Aviv Venture Capital twenty years of experience in management, initiation and investments in the global high-tech arena.

Prior to Aviv Mr. Chelouche served as President & CEO of Scitex corp. (NASDAQ: SCIX) a world leader in digital imaging and printing systems ($700M revenues, 4,000 employees). During his tenure as CEO, Mr. Chelouche:

• Led the turnaround of the company’s pre-press activities ($450 million) back to growth and profitability.
• Managed the acquisition, strategy, and growth of the Digital Printing business from zero to$250 million revenues.
• Sold the company’s Digital Video division.

Mr. Gideon Ben- Zvi brings to Aviv Venture Capital sixteen years of experience in entrepreneurship. Gideon founded and co-founded four companies, two of which he led up to exit events. The other two continue to operate and progress.

Prior to joining Aviv Gideon was in the process of starting an investment activity www.gbztech.com, focusing on consumer technologies.

Sophie Caspi joined Aviv in 2008 and serves as Chief Financial Officer.
